Im sure a good number of those people are off because they don't have jobs. The fact that the article compares unemployed of 2017 v 2011 and not pre v post job requirement encourages that. So we're not helping people yet.

Hunger is the largest motivator their is . Many will really try to find work now when the food runs out .
