Im sure a good number of those people are off because they don't have jobs. The fact that the article compares unemployed of 2017 v 2011 and not pre v post job requirement encourages that. So we're not helping people yet.

yes it is, it's about lighting a fire under their asses to find work and not need food stamps. Its also about helping the working class by not having freeloaders siphon their money.
