The world is a big place with lots of people and Canada is not the only country stepping up. Countries/business that choose to embrace the new world will prosper, those who do not will be marginalized bit players in someone else's plan.
America is an environmental pariah with leadership that is scorned around the world, that's not a position they can prosper from.
