Many years ago I used to do takeaway delivery part time, some arsehole crashed into my car (he was uninsured) and I was only 3rd party fire & theft insurance so I got nothing back and my car was wrote off.
A colleague at work has an old runaround he sold me for £100.
The first night working back delivery I made £100 so it paid for itself in a night, I sold the car to the takeaway boss for £85 while his car was getting fixed after an accident.
In all I had the car a month and it only cost me £15.
I bought a new car a month later after sorting out finance.
Hello and welcome! So far my most exciting purchase of recent memory has been some new kitchen cabinets. I really hated the old ones...there's still more work to be done (re-nailing the trim, etc...) but so far I'm content.
The best purchase I ever made was a package from "drive-a-tank.com" for my husband. He got a chance to crush a car with a tank. He loved it. He's a tank enthusiast and it made his year.
