Lets review your "proof". Statistics are the probably of an event happening. The probability of winning the lottery are astronomically small but it happens.
Probability of something happening (or not happening) isn't proof. It's likelihood. Until it does happen, it is not fact.
Government officials and strangers... So you're going to rely on eyewitness testimonies. First hand accounts are the least reliable body of evidence since the mind can make you "remember" inaccurate situations. Many studies have been done by respectable institutions that proved how bad eyewitness testimonies are.
Religion says a man parted the seas, fitted two of every species onto one ship (and every person) died, two people first on earth... These things are physically impossible. Religion has no place in a debate that is asking for physical hard evidence.
As mentioned earlier, you cannot prove a negative because there is no physical proof. The onus is on the person that is saying something happened or something exists.
That is the same requirements a court of law uses to determine the validity of your case.

You have as much evidence of your position as I do of mine.
I have statistics, government officials, strangers, millenia of Religion in favor of extraterrestrial life.
You have one thousand years of cognitive dissonance of the science cult.
