So, they're going to do the exact same thing everybody else is been doing for several years? Got it.

theres articles and blog posts about people that have gone to North Korea. it's been described just like the movie "the interview" with seth rogan. you have to stay in a "tourist" zone and you get to see only what you're supposed to see.
best post i've seen about it was on eddit, and all the articles i'm finding seem to be dicking around what it's actually like.
couldn't find the comment describing it like the movie, but here is a decent ama http://archive.is/x9seX

That isn't even in their territorial waters, so what is the problem? Did they harm a fish?
A nuclear weapon could be sitting in the port of Yokohama in a NK submarine right now, so I don't think anyone is going to be taking any significant action over a missile test that dropped into the ocean far off the coast.

Can someone explain to me the reasoning for not taking action sooner? I mean, they're waiting for NK to hit a country or what? Why should someone else have to die before they attack.
Fuck... Europe is being attacked and they're not even doing anything about it.

NK could obliterate Seoul with normal artillery before any meaningful invasion can be launched into NK territory.

probs not
and i'm not sure how that answers my question
Can someone explain to me the reasoning for not taking action sooner?
