I'm going to use this one. Pesto. I've never made it before but I'm going to follow her technique for using ice trays to freeze small portions and then I can just pull them out as needed. After I master making the pesto I'm going to try to make a pesto creamy pasta sauce. Let me know if you give it a try!

take a double handful of basil leaves, washed and picked off the stems + 2 tbspns of roasted pinenuts + 1 (or more if you like) clove of garlic + a lot of grated parmagiano + olive oil to moisten and blitz it in a food processor until it is smooth and has a paste consistency.

so, stupid question here. I know i can probably buy pine nuts. But i have a shit-ton of pines around my property. I wonder If i can get them myself..... (too lazy to look it up; also just making conversation) :)
