Surely this guy has grounds for unfair dismissal? These SJWs are toxic; with social media they can whip up a frenzy of 'outrage' in a short period of time without the need for actual facts.

Interesting article. Though usually I'm hesitant to trust any news website with bikini clad girls as its background image and a confederate flag as it's header. Just doesn't give "member of civil society vibe." ya know?

Not wanting to victim blame, but he should have known his comment could be edited to seem like he really meant what he said. That's why you look over speeches before you conduct them... Since he lost his job over that, shouldn't she also lose hers for lying and manipulating the situation? Or is she going to get a position doing Media Relations for Reddit?

To be fair, her lying cuntiness only played a part in destroying a man's science career. The rest was by the kind of people who will listen to a fat lying cunt and take action because apparently its feelings matter more than anything reality has to offer. It's unbelievable that at the university level, people can say "You know, you've contributed a lot to the science community, but some fat ass said some shit about you, so you have to resign."
This is the world we're stuck in for the time being.
