Hunger hormones stored in fat? Sounds like some major fat logic to me.

Nono, thats actual science friend. It still shouldn't supercede willpower to be healthy though. Adipose tissue produces a unique set of hormones that makes you not only crave food more, but also store fat more. Never fat, even once.

I hope the anesthetic doesn't work because he's so huge and he's awake for the whole thing.

The nerve endings are probably buffered by a tremendous amount of lard, doubt it'd feel a thing.

There was an interesting study a while back that fatty nerves are actually more sensitive. Can't remember where I read it.

I'm going to bet that the surgery goes to plan and he survives. But I also bet that, because this idiot gets so many calories from soft drink, and because of that picture I've seen of him blending Doritos, that he doesn't lose weight because it's easy to eat too much on a liquid diet even post-op. He shows absolutely no desire to lose weight and is a prime candidate to cheat the bypass at every opportunity. I'll bet he gains weight.

I think he is over 500 lb still. I really doubt he can consume enough to maintain that weight after surgery no matter how creative his grease-addled mind is. If he survives the operation and recovery, I think he might drop a hundred or two pounds, but he will hit a weight floor due to cheating for sure.

To be honest, he has lacked so much will power to lose even a little weight to get the surgery, that i wouldn't be surprised if he overeats and chokes to death.

Wasn't there one on My600lbLife that had the surgery and then gained 150lb? I would also like to think he would at least lose a little weight before figuring out how to cheat, but fats will always disappoint.

It seems that these idiots always survive the surgery only to waste all of the effort put into saving them a few months after when they suffocate on hamburgers and chips because their stomach overflows back up through their throat.

My bet is within 4 months after the surgery. He has to get out of the hospital first (he'll surely be relegated to a recovery ward since his body is nowhere near in good enough shape to quickly bounce back from surgery) which could take up to a month, then another month of religiously following the diet and videos+tweets about how much weight he's losing and how good he feels, then the third month he starts slipping, and the fourth he loses control completely and just eats himself to death.

No it's called the beetus pool because his legs leak into it.

Excuse me while I go vomit.

The only sad thing is that other fats will blame his death on the surgery, and not on how his weight caused the surgery to be incredibly risky. All surgery has risk, but doing a gastric bypass on a fit, healthy human for some dumbass reason would be much safer.
