But my question is who decides what "fake news" is? Isn't ultimately up to each one of us to verify and investigate? The glaring stuff seems easy to spot. It's the accumulation of small pieces that eventually add up and is thus much harder to refute. Confirmation bias can be a bitch.

or,

I'm guessing it's closer to the later in reality....
