That sounds too low. I'd expect it to be similar to Hungary, where 98% voted against accepting migrants.
Taking a cue from recent political stances, news, choices etc - all the more reason to force it into action, right? That's how this goes, from country to country: people don't want something, government shrugs and does it anyways, then uses the media to vilify anyone that continues to not want that thing. Rinse and repeat, am I right?

The EU knows that forcing migrants there is pointless. For one thing, they will immediately cross the German border, where free money flows like wine (there is no free money for them in poland, and they are expected to work).
For another thing, the poles have a very strong cultural identity. They do not like outsiders moving in, not even white ones, and they have no problem expressing that openly. What few foreigners turn up there never stay for long, because they tend to feel othered. Even westerners who marry and have families there claim to never feel at home. You're either a Pole or an outsider.
Not to mention that everybody turns a blind eye when a group of football hooligans beats the living shit out of them. They got disappeared? Cops and judges will just shrug their shoulders.
I think the only reason the EU hasn't forced it is because they know all of this. Both the people and their government are quite openly 'Islamophobic' and they make no bones about it. The country is 99.8% white and 98% catholic. Bring muslims there and they'll either disappear on their own, or they will be disappeared.

Based poles have been invaded enough, they don't want it to happen again.
