How so?

12 inches equal a foot, 32 degrees fahrenheit is freezing point, etc... The whole imperial system is much more complicated than the metric system (i.e. 0 degrees Celsius is freezing point, 100 centimeters is 1 meter, 1000 milligrams is 1 gram).

Divide any metric unit by 3. Base 12 is superior.

You've only mentioned temperature to defend your argument, how do distance and weight compare according imperial units being built for human experience (12 inches doesn't mean anything to me as a human imo).

I grew up with the metric system. You can get an idea of temperature with experience. 20 Celsius is warm; 30 is hot; 10 is cold and 0 is literally freezing.
