It's to protect the privacy of the man, this policy only affects the face.

google does snitch. google is paid by local and federal governments to spy on its people. building a shed in your backyard without a permit? google will notify the city of such changes.

I have a quarter section of land in the middle of nowhere. My taxes went up a couple of years ago. When I inquired about the increase they replied it was because of the new buildings. She proceeded to pull up satellite images and told me when i built each cabin. I'm sure they pay dearly for that software.

all that craps does it remove informative posts and discussions

Not everyone just wants to hear about how fucked we are and how grim the world is on a constant 24/7 basis. Some of us had a hard long day and we don't want to spend ALL of our free time dwelling on things we don't like or don't approve of. It's not healthy. Besides, who are you to just arbitrarily decide that the community should conform to your standards of content?

I beg to differ. The conversations in this thread have been incredibly informative about exactly how evil Google is. I'm okay with posting a silly meme if it gets a discussion going.

That guy says google has business in local code compliance.. lol. Their satellite is looking down at your front window examining the permit as we speak.

when did "snitching" became a bad thing? just leave criminals do bad things because you don't want to be a snitch? This seem so wrong to me.

You're one of my favorite Voater's btw, even if your a dirty socialist.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on this btw: https://archive.org/details/TheSermonOnTheMount_653

I found it to be a really good read.

It used to mean that someone in the "game" wouldn't snitch on another drug dealing gang member to get a lighter sentence. Now it's just informing the police of any crime.

That makes sense, don't rat out your accomplices.
I will still inform the police of crimes.

You don't snitch on your own kind, is the point.
