An increase of 0.5°F - 1°F is within the margin or error of the testing instrumentation. It's literally nothing, especially when you consider the dates in question over 100 years.

If the error margin is 1F they fail at their mission. 1F difference supposedly determines for quite sizable parts if they join the tornado zone.
