Even if weight was a protected class, Tilted Kilt would have legal protection thanks to Hooters legal cases.
Basically, Hooters is not merely a restaurant, they sell vicarious sexual entertainment, and thus can demand their wait staff be sexy women.

Am I the only one who really doesn't get the appeal of Tilted Kilt/Hooters? I mean. the workers are paid to do it but it still seems a bit creepy to me.
Anyhow, props to the restaurant for not exposing the world to this obeast's rolls.

I love how she is getting Zero support in the Facebook comments. It is nice to see people recognizing a piggie's cry for attention as just that, especially in a town like Houston that has a bunch of them. This really backfired on her.

Those outfits are so cute and tiny, does she honestly think they'll make her a custom tarp or something? I can't even imagine. You'd see all these cute girls pouring you a beer and then comes this whale hobbling up the onion rings right before serving them to you. She'd probably sweat on my food. I sincerely laughed at this story, it would be like if a guy complained about not being accepted for the NFL due to body standards, or someone wining in basic training about having to exercise to meet standards.

It said that it wanted to go in and discuss ways she could wear something different and still be within their "style."
It wanted to go to a job interview, and tell THEM how they should run their business.
What an entitled POS.
