The sponsors are college students who go to Berkeley.
Young Americans Foundation said they could not “jeopardize the safety of its staff or students” by participating in the event. Berkeley College Republicans also backed out.

When you speak at Berkeley you need SPONSORS who are just a group on campus made up of current students of Berkeley. It's not sponsors like Proctor and Gamble. It's not money sponsors. It's a group on campus sponsoring you. You're making this into something that it isn't.
It's the same on most campuses and even businesses.

YES! The way it read to me was that he sponsors pulled out and, since there was no more $ involved, she backed out as well.

Shame, well maybe Soros will pick her up now that she's a free agent. All she needs is a box of pink hair dye and a morally flexible mentality.

So far, seems to be flexible enough for a price. Hair dye isn't that expensive either.
