This is why I never get attached to any celebrity. I barely even know their names and that's the way I like it. That way when they get up on the stage and open their political mouth and oral diarrhea projectiles out I'm not let down.

Getting attached to any Celebrity is stupid if you're not a liberal leftist. I think like a good 99% of them have leftist political views like Bill Nye.
I don't ever get attached. I haven't for a long time. I'll like their talents and will praise them for that but it's too much to just expect them to hold my same views. After seeing so many celebrities spewing liberal bullcrap, I just assume that they are all leftists and to not get that attached at all.
I think the last celebrity that was worthy of people's attachment was Michael Jackson. It truly does seem like he wanted to help the world. I know many of you will people be surprised at me saying this, but Mike has said some shit that I've literally seen no other Celebrity even near his status say. He outright said that the history books are lying and some other things.

Beakman was my boy.
Funny- all of the "fellow kids" shit in Bill Nye's new show (that stupid hand bump, using the word "cool" to describe everything, etc) fails miserably at connecting with young adult audiences and is honestly pretty cringe at times. I feel like Beakman did it way better 15 years without even trying.

Something a few of us discovered years ago, being "mad" at someone you care about doesn't bother them, "disappointment" on the other hand..... And it absolutely goes back to people hearing "You disappoint me _____", as a child.... Fun fact, for most people, nothing hurts worse than disappointing others they care about.

Maybe in a few years. I'm not ready yet.
