At least this airline doesn't react with that arrogant "sorry that you feel that way....but" response to a cust..er.. "passenger". AA decided not to DOX her, and staged a fully committed apology. I know, apologies seem to admit guilt, but if something goes to court a hasty apology by a company head can easily be explained. Airlines are in a very tenuous situation here. Their callous "DMV style" treatment of their customers who've had less-than-pleasurable airport experiences already are forming a bad recipe for well-founded complaints. I know for myself; if I were given the option to get somewhere fast without having to wait in lines, get my privacy deleted, get the stare of death from gate agents, get "boarding group 7" and sit in a tortuous position for hours between two fatties and hope to pay $8 for a shrink-wrapped gas station treat listening to screaming babies and coughing strangers I'd take it.

Give us the fucking tube transporters already! The monstrously regulated airlines need competition.

That guy who got up repeatedly to yell shit had some serious impulse control problems and was a threat to the safety of the rest of the flight.

White knight tough guy should have been tased, the plane landed, have him dragged off, and then sue him for all expenses incurred for his repeated violent outbursts. Listen to him about wanting to put people all over the news. He was looking to start shit and get on TV.

The fight club references on planes are real. It is incredibly stressful flying. I try to avoid it.

Next up, airlines to ban phones on planes. It turns out video is very bad for business.
