If chicken soup doesn't cure me after a few days, I go to the doctor. What are you on about, you lunatic?

If you wouldn't go to YOUR work when sick why do you think you could do a doctor's job better?

Let me explain: had you done your homework and kept a binder (LIKE AND ADULT) of sicknesses and homeopathic remedies you'd haven't a need to trot on down to the olde blidlyboo. Honestly this whole crisis, and health insurance can be conquered with a little homework

You're all kinds of fucked up. I wouldn't trust you with a bike lock.

Modern medicine is 10% antibiotics, 10% pain killers, 30% looking for reasons to restrict pain killers, 10% prophylactics, and 85% bedside manner.

You'll have better luck, if you find a good witch doctor who accepts visa and makes his own penicillin.

I go to the doctor promptly. Then spend hours validating prescription side effects, known issues, etc. Over the internet before taking the meds.

In particular never took or will take opioids.

I love opioids, and that scares me. I had some after an appendectomy, spent the night at home just giggling insanely at the worst youtube videos.

I wonder how that plant evolved to produce that kind of substance.

Looks manufactured.

Praying and self medication with research is way better and guarentees a much faster healing time... it works really well for me... 🙂

NASA is a lie

B-but muh moon.

Also, I'm alive so obviously modern medicine has done something right. Other than allergies, I haven't been really sick since '09.

I do my research, and then discuss it with my doctor. He regularly asks if I would like to research things before trying, and will often bring up sources when I ask regarding more obscure issues that GPs aren't really fluent in.
