Because life is about potential. You're supposed to look at these precious children being brutally murdered and wonder "how many Western Europeans would this little fucker had killed in the name of Allah?" Or something like that.

If truth is not derived from a logical system, based on admittedly arbitrary axioms, where the system does not create logical contradictions, then the truths derived from this system should be questioned. Feel free to bash post-modernism, but my approach is purely objective.

This is a weird question to ask on a website which you probably know, that doesn't give a shit about such things at all.

I'd say "Welcome to Voat", but your account is 11 months old already... You should know by now that mindless circlejerking is the norm around here.

It's just so idiots can take part in the circle jerk. It's not a real question.

If you are American, you should care because your tax dollars are finding that suffering.

Suffering is suffering and is wrong no matter who's causing it or who is being targeted. In not saying we should or even can end the suffering around the world but at the very least we shouldn't be causing it.

inaction can also lead to suffering. sometimes more for your own people (which are the ones that should matter most).

it would make more sense to help the syrians in syria.

the middle east is a muslim quagmire. it always has been, and it always will be. it has always had slavery and abuse, and no sea of western tears will wash that away.

the west has found the best strategy: line them up against eachother and rake in the profits off the weapon sales. at least they occupy themselves that way, and their barbarism is sated.

i don't mind ignoring syria though, i'm not attached to the people. just more muslim dogs.

In that case I still don't care about the kids. I care that my money was effectively stolen.

I feel for them, but there's nothing that can be done about it from the outside.

They are still trying to get America to intervene in Syria - because their ISIS/Al Qaeda terrorist buddies are getting their faces kicked in by the Russians.

The people who want America to intervene in Syria are the very same people who killed those children in the first place.

This is what evil looks like.

What are feelings even anyways right? Fuck'em all, they wouldn't give a dick if the tables were turned and anyone saying differently is a Allah damned liar.
