The Confederate Flag represents Rebellion. Of course these scum want to outlaw it.
All the idiots agreeing with the ban have no understanding of what's going on, nor an undertanding of our Constitution. This is another move against freedom of expression. Yet with the average liberal the only rebuttal is: racism!
We live in a feminized purgatory. This is a big part of progressive triumphalism; women and betas "feel" rather than think logically. Policy based on feelings rather than western civics will be the end of the west.
And let's compound that with hostile, ignorant immigrant hordes. We're ruled by a hostile, arguably alien elite. We must purge them.

I actually had an argument on assfacebook with some chick, and she compared the rebel flag with the Nazi flag. I nearly had a stroke.

The Liberal Woman's Trigger List:
Freedom of Speech=Hate Speech. We need a law against hurting women and minorities through speech
Autonomy: I'm an independent feminist!
Government: The Government exists to protect me and minorities!
Whoring=Owning It, Fucker
Noticing She's a Whore=Toxic Patriarchy
Rape=OMG! I wish I hadn't slept with him!
Rape also=OMG! He just fucked me and left!
Race Relations=I Wanna fuck a black guy. They aren't betas like white men
Encountering A Non-Beta White Male=Wow, you're really, like, angry. I hope you die a horrible death, shitlord! (don't worry. Fucking her is still easily achieved. Offense is part of her mating ritual. Just make sure she doesn't work within a thirty mile radius, or have your work number. This point is key)
Presidential Elections=He makes me wet. That other guy doesn't
Partial Birth Abortion=My body, my choice. Who cares if it was 9 months old?

"NO!" "UhMEN!"

You should probably listen to the speaker and ignore the rednecks.
[–] racist_fruit_bowl ago
Sure did podner. Couldn't understand much in the second video though.

It was mostly an economic dispute between North and South. The North and Progressives created the anti-racist narrative after the fact as a means to justify further aggressions against the South and any argument of States' Rights.
Victors write history. History is not necessarily fact.
As far as secret history, this was just another attempt by the Rothschilds and Royals to destabalize the US and/or force a central bank on us. The only thing that stopped them from invading the US was Russia; this arguably led to the Red Revolution as a sort of bloodline revenge.
[–] joseremarque 2 points -2 points 0 points (+0|-2) ago
It was mostly an economic dispute
Yeah. The South had these "material interests" that they wanted to keep which the North didn't want to let them keep.
The interesting thing is not only the irony, but the answer to the question depends on greatly where you were raised. As someone who was fortunate enough to live in so many different places, you see an incredibly different world view. For example, in the Northern states and east coast. You will almost always hear the answer of slavery and that they were doing the right thing. To paint them out as heroes and freedom fighters for fighting for civil rights of all men rather then just white men.
Ask that same question in the South? And they will get riled up if you think it was just about slavery. Southerns, especially generational raised and long time residents are very proud folk, but they also treat the civil war with respect. You'll get a much more detailed story about how they didn't like the way the North was handling things, economic issues, taxes, etc. The aforementioned irony being basically the same things that the "Founding Fathers" got away from England for and rebelled / broke away from them.

The Civil War was never about slavery. It was about taxes and states' rights. The North wanted what the South had.
[–] makkawaffel 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Well you gotta remember that the North was profiting heavily off of slavery, which not many (especially libcucks) are aware of.
[–] pm_me_firearms ago
The North didn't. Lincoln just wanted to keep his power, and to keep the power with federal government. The Secret Service was created by Lincoln in order to make sure that there was only one currency being used in the US. This is just one example of the growing federal powers.

I can't believe that so many people care about this stupid flag right now. Where did all the outrage over this flag even come from lately? I felt like I've been hearing more about this flag then the shooter and massacre the past few days. I remember hearing some conspiracy theorists say that the mainstream media occasionally puts out "distractions" to divert the public's attention from more important issues. The issue over this stupid flag is making me think that this conspiracy theory is real.
[–] BIGBIGBIGBIGMEANIE [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
You're right. More important issues are our pussified foreign policy, our unrecoverable debt, states' rights, gun "control", law enforcement losing rights, Obamacare, gas prices, increasing taxes, high prices on household goods, etc., etc. Our government is diverting our attention so they can control us more.

Hi guys. Been awhile.
As you'll see there is no bigotry or racism in this video, just facts and Southern Pride. Call these people "rednecks," call them, whatever you want, but that doesn't matter. What's spoken is spoken from the heart, and is the truth. The truth hurts liberals. Personally, I never supported the Confederate flag since I'm American, but I also never thought it was racist or bigoted. Until the SCOTUS decision on the is of gay marriage, I'd never fly one. Last week, I ordered a few 4x5 flags and will fly them in my front yard for the foreseeable along with my upside-down American flag.
What's spoken from the speakers is all true. I've had many arguments about these videos and some people even refuse to watch them, although they're the liberal fucktard asswipes who claim to be "open-minded." Typical NeoGAFer-type of people.
Before any of you fine folks go "LOL LOOK AT THOSE REDNECKS," do yourselves a favor and fall in line with /r/NeoFAG ideologies and THINK before you speak.
I'm the real "BIGBIGBIGMEANIE" by the way.
[–] ThisIsWhoWeR 1 point 1 point 2 points (+2|-1) ago
I also have never cared to own or fly the Confederate flag, but I'm considering buying a few.
[–] BIGBIGBIGBIGMEANIE [S] 1 point 3 points 4 points (+4|-1) ago
I'm in the exact same boat. Never supported it due to being American born-and-bread and a veteran. However, I'll fly out of spite and out of anger and most of all, out of rebellion to the communist ideals this country's beginning to grasp. The flag's ideals are becoming more and more closer to home for me.

Please share a photo of your upside down US flag flying!

Don't worry, they'll allow the flag eventually. You only need to slap a rainbow to it and everyone will be happy.
Now, seriously. As a foreigner, I simply cannot understand the logic applied to the ban of the flag. Are they trying to 'clean' the History?
[–] BIGBIGBIGBIGMEANIE [S] 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
As said by one of the speakers, people are trying to cleanse the culture. It's cultural genocide.
