i have PTSD from abuses during my teen days, and i'm not fat , but my sister likes to claim everywhere that she has anxiety and this is why she's fat... when i asked her about anxiety symptoms she said " well, you're anxious". she has never been to any psychiatrist, so i wonder how she can be so sure to have anxiety...

In the oppression olympics of modern culture, victims - not achievers - are celebrated. If fats can claim to be victims, then they "win".
So, they are victims of diet culture. Of fat shaming. Of the industrial food complex. Of society. Of their parents. Of a random stranger on the street. Of a commercial showing a weight loss product. Of this, that, and everything.
They are victims of everything EXCEPT their continuing and ongoing choice to shove food down their own throats. If they admitted that their own choices caused their own obesity, the victim narrative goes away, and they "lose".
Can't have that, so they claim PTSD over someone frowning at them 10 years ago, and then they have no choice but to wallow in donuts. They're victims, see? That frown caused a lifetime of poor self-image, which is constantly reinforced every time they see a fit person. Seeing fit gives them flashbacks to the frown, and triggers the coping behaviour of stuffing their face. They can't help it, they are a victim, show compassion!
Yes, they really are that stupid. What's the way around it? Tell them, constantly and always, that they are NOT victims, and that their own choices made them fat. Destroy the victim narrative everywhere you see it.

Fats like to play the victim to garner sympathy because that equals attentions which makes then feel good about themselves because let's face it when your a fat piece of shit you don't feel good about yourself. As you shouldn't. PTSD, Eating Disorders really a ham will claim anything and lie as long as it's getting the attention it desires.

Because if they have something as serious as PTSD, they think it will distract from the fact that they are fat fucks. To them, weight can't be an issue if you have more serious problems to think about, and they have to eat 10,000 calories a day to cope with their "serious" mental problems.

Another reason they do it is that it grants them power over people, they can get what they want if they play the victim hard enough and force people to accommodate them by faking illnesses

Because victims are not at fault, and are not judged. Ironically, the "one weird trick" that fatties are ever searching for begins with being honest with yourself, yet their refusal to admit they are at fault prevents them from fixing their problems.
