Fats like to play the victim to garner sympathy because that equals attentions which makes then feel good about themselves because let's face it when your a fat piece of shit you don't feel good about yourself. As you shouldn't. PTSD, Eating Disorders really a ham will claim anything and lie as long as it's getting the attention it desires.

i have PTSD from abuses during my teen days, and i'm not fat , but my sister likes to claim everywhere that she has anxiety and this is why she's fat... when i asked her about anxiety symptoms she said " well, you're anxious". she has never been to any psychiatrist, so i wonder how she can be so sure to have anxiety...

Isn't it deflection? They don't want to talk about the real reason they are fat, self control, so they deflect that to some imaginary issue that gives them permission in their mind to continue being gluttonous.

Because if they have something as serious as PTSD, they think it will distract from the fact that they are fat fucks. To them, weight can't be an issue if you have more serious problems to think about, and they have to eat 10,000 calories a day to cope with their "serious" mental problems.

Another reason they do it is that it grants them power over people, they can get what they want if they play the victim hard enough and force people to accommodate them by faking illnesses

Because victims are not at fault, and are not judged. Ironically, the "one weird trick" that fatties are ever searching for begins with being honest with yourself, yet their refusal to admit they are at fault prevents them from fixing their problems.
