I had smoked lamb on Saturday.Smoked for 2 hours, then grilled for 1/2 hour. It was tender and tasty, and smoky. Would do again.

I'm guessing it was a roast? Sounds amazing!

2 roasts, there were like 10 people. 2 hours at 375. Once they got up to temp (130F) i cranked them over some charcoal and wood chips until the outside was a little crispy (145-150F) let them set for a while. Soooooo good. It made me want to get some lamb burger and make a shepards pie. I haven't had lamb in a while. I'm a pork/chicken/ground beef because I can't afford anything else., cheap food kinda guy usually,

Do you go to a butcher or something? My friend tells me how great lamb is but fuck I am not made of lamb money.

I didn't buy them, just cooked them. You can get lamb chops a couple inches thick at Costco for not too much. These were roasts. I've paid way more for a few pounds of veal previously. I'd recommend lamb burgers too.

Why have I never heard of a lamb burger before and why do I need to eat one of them immediately?!

Got it at Costco! Their meat selection is amazing and very economical.

And the lamb was very delicious.
