That's ridiculous. I am getting so tired of how small and independent farms are being attacked and raked over the coals. We need small farms and even hobby farms, they're the back bones of a lot of communities. Especially the small ones out in the boonies where I come from. Something sort of similar happened to my grandpa, but luckily our laws aren't as grey and he was able to get it sorted out with phone calls, lots of driving and a few sons-a-bitches.
