Follow him... excellent and honest analysis from the right, without being obnoxious. His SC is off putting and so is his habit of not wearing a shirt, from time to time, but I just listen.
He had interesting things to say, although the part of holding the person or persons behind the facebook page criminally liable is bullshit, unless they're inciting violence. Defining any group a criminal syndicate, other than a terrorist organization, doesn't hold up. You can't just go labeling a group you disagree with a criminal syndicate. Oh, and you can't hold a person responsible for another person's actions. Period.

Yes, you can.
It's called law of agency. If those people are acting as agents of a principal (Media Matters, for instance), then the principal and the agents are responsible.
