When I started lifting I realized just how much more control I had over my own body and how it looks, it was one thing to be active and fit but to look the part is something else entirely. A game changer. I feel like this is important to know as a woman, that being skinny fat is not option.

Skinny fat looks and feels completely different from fit. A fit mate is objectively superior.

Somewhere in backwards land...

Those days you feel like your world is made of bulging beetus...

You know that feeling after a solid day of eating and binging it at the buffet when your whole stomach feels taut, happy, and just fucking stuffed? Where you sit and just have the urge to sit and be inactive?

Fucking humans never feel that way. They choose health and always feeling like they were meant to feel instead.

Though to be fair, humans can feel that way on occasion. It's just not something we live for.

To be honesty, I feel like I'm made of jelly after a solid day of lifting. I mean, mentally I feel good, but physically all of my joints have like 4 degrees of motion.

Only on leg day. You should be walking funny when you leave the gym.

I'm still not nearly where I want to be (yolked as The Rock) but the day after the gym I want to rip heads off. I feel awesome

I was walking in the woods and came across a fallen tree blocking the trail. I picked it up, and moved it out of the way. Feeling capable and useful are feelings fatties will never know.

For me it's running for 20 minutes in a row at near 7mph and feeling utterly spent at the end, knowing I have nothing left. Knowing that a fat will never know that feeling.

What are you talking about? Fats definitely know the feeling of being utterly spent with nothing left, they just don't choose it. Have you ever seen them walk from the handicapped spot to the scootypuffs at Walmart?

No, the spent feeling at the end of a run is not the same as the all-encompassing malaise that fats feel. Not the same!

Even moreso, fats have low T and high estrogen. They have no idea what it feels like to feel like a god when leaving the gym. It's a feeling that even sex honestly cannot replicate. Perhaps it's arrogance but still, there is nothing like it.

I agree. Sex is awesome. The post workout endorphin rush is killer. Post workout sex is amazing.

The only way I can manage post workout sex is if my girlfriend is on top. Especially after squat day.
