When you have to apply lube to your body to make it through the door... #fatpeopleproblems

Man, I have larger doorways because I use a powered wheelchair but even so, the seat of my chair is less than 15" wide, it's the frame housing the batteries that takes up space.
My wheelchair just fits through normal doorways if I drive extremely carefully, even with the large base frame. Having my doorways widened was just a precaution as I can be clumsy and approaching at an angle makes it hard to judge where I am and fit through without hitting the frame.
Even so, my widened doorways would not be wide enough for this whale to walk through normally, even though they meet DDA standards (ADA for US, I think.)
If you're so big that you require double doors just to move between rooms then you are the problem, not the fucking door!
If my chunky bastard wheels fit and you don't you should probably just accept your fate and live in the sea with the other whales!!

True story time.
I am an RE agent. I was showing a unit to a woman, her skinny daughter and her fat little boy. They were 2nd floor units.
1st. I would feel sorry for the poor bastards down below this whale and her little whale.
2nd. We had to go up, down, back up and down again. Little boy and whale mother couldn't keep up and I had to wait for them. Mini whale wanted to sit in the car to avoid having to run up and down multiple set of stairs.
3rd.This woman was TOO LARGE TO FIT IN THE HALLWAY! These buildings are older. Probably 1920's-40's and the units are pretty small but I had yet to meet someone that couldn't fit in the hallway.
4th. Grown whale didn't like the small rooms. DUH! You can't even make a full turn in them.
I wanted to take a picture soooo bad but that would have been very unprofessional.

If you live in a city where space is at a very high premium, don't be large enough to take up that much extra space?
I don't know what to tell you lady.

I hope she's on the bottom floor, for everyone else's sake
