As someone who has made pizza from scratch, I'm actually impressed that they were able to make it. Logistically speaking, I can only assume it was made in halves or quarters and then assembled to look like something pizza shaped. What does it say about our culture that a restaurant would even attempt to make such a gastronomical abomination?
