You should post "I love working out, eating well, and not being fat."

I posted something similar and sparked a fairly decent argument. Half are with me, and the half that aren't are not human.

Sorry she ruined it for you. I stopped following Emily Skye and Maria Kang on fb and Instagram because they posed in bikinis sitting down and leaning forward intentionally sticking out their stomachs. Their stomachs looked like butterball turkeys. They each captioned their picture with some body positive crap that only fatties spew. Fatties hate fit women so I don't know why Skye and Kang cater to the fatties fee fees. They didn't care about Kang's feelings when she made the no excuses posting on fb. They were mean and super cruel to her.

"I do love my bpdy. That's why I continue to work out, eat healthy, and make it the best body it can be."

What a succinct, perfect way to say it.

Reminds me of the old Livestrong forum. Was full of good people and sound nutrition and advice (way back in my teens, decade+ ago) took a long hiatus, came back and then it was all body positive bullshit.

Nothing surprises me anymore, the beasts will consume everything from food to helpful websites, it's what they do best.

And again, remember 80+% of the US is carrying excess body fat. They are gonna cater the cake for the market. That terrible failure of a market.

The only reason to love your body while you're fat is for its remarkable ability to TRANSFORM itself if you put the work and effort into it. If you love your body BECAUSE OF, DESPITE BEING, or FOR its fat, then you're a dumbass.

If you are a fat tub of lard and claim to "love your body," then you're a hypocrite, because every second you spend unresolved to change your body into a healthier one is a second spent being in CONTEMPT of your body, you betray it. That's not love. Romanticizing or justifying your fat body for being fat is to hate your body.

Fats are so fucking lazy. No effort toward restraint, no effort toward physical change and to say they "love their body" is absolutely zero effort to even be truthful about what love is. Horrible fucking walruses. Fuck them.

No, you shouldn't. Some people are too lazy to try and don't like to feel bad about that. Their feelings are your responsibility and you should bend over backwards to alter your life to make it most acceptable for them. It's your fault if they feel bad over actions you make that have nothing to do with them.

I was in a fitness group that just outlawed the word "cheat meals." They say we should call them "treat meals" because #triggered
