I hate that our society seems to tolerate this kind of child abuse.

not sure. I'll find out today hopefully. She's pretty short, so it's hard for me to guess, but I'd say she's about 5 feet tall and she might be close to 200 by now. I could be off though because of her height.

I haven't seen her in a while, either. from her pics it looks like she got bigger, and I'd say she was about 175 last time I saw her, so I'm guessing here.

Thanks for the support, everyone! I'll let you know how it goes. I don't want to get my hopes up, because experience says it won't make a difference, but I at least want to try.

Good luck, and watch out for the "parents" sabotaging here attempt(s).

Sweetie moon pie, why haven't you finished your beetus? You feeling ill?

No mamma, I'm trying to be healthy.

Don't be ridiculous. You're plenty healthy. Not like those anorexic sluts like Jenny from 5th grade. Johnny only went to the spring dance with her because she throws up every night to fit into that slutty dress..."

Mamma?

Never you mind. Now, drink up. And here, take an extra helping of cheesy chili fries with mayo. That's a good girl.

And Lord Beetus prepares for a new arrival.

Good luck OP, maybe you can save this one...maybe. Don't be surprised through if she fails at the first hurdle.

The world needs more people like you, who take the time to offer real advice and support to kids whose parents never gave them a chance. I work with kids, the number of children that don't know what certain fruits and vegetables are is too damn high. We had persimmons as a snack a few weeks ago and most kids had no idea what it was or how to eat it. they watch with curiosity as I sliced mine up and threw it in my salad for lunch.

I have so much sympathy for kids like this. She's helpless to feed herself and no one's ever taught her about food. OP should tell her to whittle down her portion sizes since she'll probably be stuck eating junk food until she moves out on her own.
