The story of the British Empire is one of the most maddening things I've ever read.

Hundreds of thousands of Brits die over the centuries to assist in the expansion (and superiority) of England and the English culture.

These fucking idiots decide they feel bad and just want to dismantle it right after WW2.

After CENTURIES of expansion. It's a microcosm of the entire Western civilization. The White guilt brought to the forefront by women after the suffrage movement of the 20's is partially to blame. There are other factors, but this is a big one.

Yep I wonder (((who))) was behind this major change. The attitude had slowly started to gain traction around the start of the 20th century as well. It didn't come out of nowhere, just as how easily England could have kept out of both wars and maintained their Empire, there was someone pushing them from behind with money to finance the people wishing to sell them out. It's hard to know what I do about Churchill ... people hate being British because of what they've been told they've done during the expansion of the empire. I hate what we did in the 20th century to 'counteract' that.
