Is this real?
It's actually not real in the way it is being reported. The number of missing persons is more or less steady with the past and virtually all missing persons are found. A very large percent end up being kids who run away from home for a few days and then return on their own. At any given time, there may be a large number missing, but that doesn't mean they were all kidnapped on that day (or at all).
The cops have started posting information on social media concerning missing persons. They didn't used to do so, but now that they do, people are taking them out of context and makng it look like there is a problem.

I looked up the demographics, dc is about 50% black, 46 % white (including Hispanic white). It isn't like the rest of the countries demographics.
