Maybe asthma or other breathing/respiratory tract illnesses but those are the only things I think that weed would make worse.
Edit: actually that isnt the only thing. If you're super paranoid that can be made worse by weed as well. Just ask if your gpa has ever used weed, and say like "yea you know they say that weed can help with pain!" Which is true. Just make sure you choose the right strain/concentrate becuase some work better with pain, others with anxiety, etc. cheers

Will be a bit hard to find a selection of strains since its not legal where I live. Don't think he has paranoia issues though.

As far as I know, none short term. You'd find more info searching on the net though for something like "side effects cannabis" and focusing on medical studies.

I'm googling right now I'm just not sure how easy it is to find accurate information. Do you know of any medications that might give harmful sideeffects when combined with cannabis?
Trying to be thorough as he is very frail and on a few different prescription meds including morphine. Cannabis is illegal where I live but I have a few friends who use it recreational so I have a way to get some. Unfortunately the fact that it is illegal spreads misinformation because "drugs are bad m'kay" so I feel I need some pointers.

Not really. This is the best I can do but it's Wikipedia so check those reference links. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Effects_of_cannabis

I've used cannabis 3 or 4 times once I puked like crazy, I probably smoked way to much and my already low bloodpressure dropped so I know that can happen. I will check the site. He currently takes morphine but it doesnt help much.

Well my grandpa has artritis, a stoma bag, neurological pain in his legs above all, type 2 diabetes, anemia, a untreatable cancer and skin cancer just to mention the worst ones. I'm more scared he will have side effects that would increase his pain or that any medications he takes might be dangerous in combo with cannabis.
It's illegal where I live so I can't really consult a professional.

My grandfather had diabetes and lost both his legs. He took a wide variety of meds for all sorts of stuff, but he had never any issues when combining it all with weed. Weed is illegal here too, but who cares when you're in pain IMO.
I would strongly recommend consulting his doctor about it. His doctor will understand the suffering your grandfather is going through and will let you know if weed will affect him badly in any way with the meds he's taking.

If you have an underlying multiple personality disorder cannabis can trigger it.
It also lowers your blood pressure. So if you have an underlying heart condition you may need to be carful.
Other than that I have never read any truly unbiased study that has found anything.
My wife is pregnant and the doctors couldn't tell her there was any issue with burning to get an appetite when feeling sick.
I spend a lot of time at a pot vapour lounge and see people of all ages in there.
The only side affects is the munchies and lethargy.

I don't think he has any cardio vascular condition that is serious. The doctor gave him 3-5 years to live due to the recently diagnosed cancer but he is in severe pain due to arthritis and nerve pain among other conditions. He currently takes morphine but it doesnt help that much.

Some of the stuff you've mentioned, like the arthritis, would probably respond well to a topical cream/lotion.

He needs CBD oil (10:1 sunflower oil to cannabis) or some CBD strain of edibles.
This way he wont get the high (associated with THC) but will get rid of the pain and with these options no need to smoke.

I have no doubts that elderly man could still kick your ass.

I'm not sure how a 80+ year old married hard working man with cancer and severe pain would be labeled. But I would not call him beta thats for sure.
