Learned the hard way never agree to go to some specialty hospital in some big multi-cult city.... If you're doctor even tries to send you there remind them you've got specialists in your area, or a lot closer, and a lot whiter, and fuck whatever kick-backs Dr. Rug-Rider was wanting to get from the other Dr. Rug-Rider.
But people get it in their head, some big hospital, in some big city.... Is just a really big multi-cult machine to trample over you. And a lot of times a big portion of the staff carries and ingrained animosity towards white people.

I never considered this, I can't believe I never considered this.

Mass immigration has made it amazingly clear that liberals do not value human life, but affirmative action in fire departments and hospitals and so forth had already suggested that that may be the case. These people will gleefully let your children die so they can call themselves "progressive."

This is actually a good way to show to people that multiculturalism doesn't work:
"Why shouldn't we only allow the people with the best scores to go to med school?"
"Because minorities prefer doctors they can relate to."
"So you're saying people would rather choose someone who looks like them over better healthcare?"
"..."

This is how many die a year, not how many die by people brought in by affirmative action.
Then you must assume ALL people that received affirmative action are under-qualified for the position.
The wording and information is grossly racist and obviously wrong. All the people posting their stories to affirm to the fake information are racist also. Take a look at what you are doing.
400,000!! OMG I HAD A BAD BLACK NURSE, IT MUST BE TRUE

I am not an idiot for pointing out the obvious.
They DON'T ACCOUNT FOR EVERY SINGLE ERROR, PERIOD. 210-400k is the yearly death rate, not how many incompetent black doctors kill patients.
All the people who think telling some story that harmonizes with the title is a fucking racist. How am I the idiot?
Normal distribution isn't needed and saying black people are less qualified than white people still doesn't account for the high death rate claimed by OP.

Nurse here. You're right, this isn't something that's really talked about. I didn't get the full scope of it until I went to school, where it was talked about frequently.
I agree with you that lowering standards so that darkie can get into med school is part of the problem. When you're dealing with life or death shit like this, you need highly qualified people. If you can't meet the standard, that should be the end of it. If that results in 99% of the healthcare professionals being straight white men, so be it.
That's not the entire problem, though. There is a huge staffing issue. The staff to patient ratio is absurd, and it's not safe for either party. Combined with long hours and fatigue, this is a recipe for disaster. At one point I regularly had 50 completely dependent, high risk patients delegated just to me. There are surgeons who get sent in to do major surgery, but they've been working and on call and haven't slept in 36 hours. Even the best will inevitably make a few mistakes under these conditions. Throw in people who should never have been admitted to med school in the first place, and you're fucked.

Okay, since you're a nurse.....
My PCP is a physician assistant. He's got this lady who must be a CNA or an LPN straight off the boat from Nairobi or some other super dark-skinned country.
She had already checked basic vitals. Then the PA came in and looked at them as was like, "I'm gonna check them again." He got different readings. Then he made a comment that stuck out to me saying, "Ever since she got here, things have been a little more difficult".
Can they go through some sub-standard nursing school in Africa, then come here and use those credentials? I'm assuming they'd still have to pass some sort of certification though, right?
Edit: grammar

I don't know the entire process, but I'm pretty sure if you're licensed in another country you can come back to the states and practice, just like a doctor could go to med school outside the US and then come back. Each state has their requirements for what they want in order for the license to be valid, so you'd have to do anything extra they might want from you. I know a lot of states are reciprocal. Honestly though, if she came from Africa or whatever she probably didn't have to do much extra, if anything, depending on what state it is. Muh diversity and all that.
