Yeah, I wish my best friend had that kind of luck with her cancer. surprise, fats are gonna be selfish till the very end. Maybe when it comes back the final time, and it's concretely linked to his obesity, he'll realize what he's done.
Or eat another cheeseburger, they're not the smartest pigs on the market.

This is true - part of why I dislike him so much is because I did lose a friend in 2015 to leukemia - she was a wonderful (thin) lovely person who fought like hell to live and it just didn't happen for her - she didn't get that chance. My sister had a cancer scare of her own earlier this year when she needed a tumor removed from her brain (turned out to be benign, but there was a short period when we didn't know). There are so many people who don't get another chance - or certainly not a 3rd or 4th. I think that's why I legit feel such anger towards him and think I might have to say something.

It's like that "teen" who got in a shootout with the police after getting his second donated organ (the first one was rejected because he was too stupid to take his pills on schedule). If his organs fail this time, he should definitely be disqualified from future donations due to being a fatass.

My sister is my hero. She gave me a kidney (left Australia and her babies to come to Vancouver to give it to me) 5 years ago and I took THE BEST care of it I could. I followed all the directions, despite it being difficult. I took my meds on the dot, I ate specifically what and when I was supposed to, didn't drink, didn't do drugs, I took everything so seriously, despite it being so hard on my body I just wanted to give up.
It pisses me off that it failed after two years due to the rare type of Kidney Disease that I have, but two years was actually pretty good despite it. My friend, who has the same condition as me (only other person I've met with it), had her kidney last two days.
Your ex-friend does NOT deserve the gift of life.

This fat seems like a terrible person. If he isn't close to you or your other friends, just a Facebook contact, then shame it publicly. You'll be deleted but maybe, just maybe, it'll work.

I second this. He deserves to hear your perspective and he's a retarded douche who is absolutely wasting a HUGE gift. I'm sure his donors are looking at him like "fuck, what was I thinking??"
