I don't understand. You mean he's Dutch? Flemish is a language not a nationality.

It is an ethnicity: the Dutch-speaking people of northern Belgium. (Flemish as a language has a similar status as Scots, in the sense that both are a variety of respectively Dutch and English.)
And if Flemish nationalists get their way, Flemish will be a nationality. Unless they merger with the Netherlands Dutch...
The Dutch word for the Dutch language is 'Nederlands'

The info on Wilders lacks from the English article; it is mentioned in its Dutch counterpart though. Specifically he wrote "Marked for Death", Wilders's 'auto'-biography.
In a recent news article Beliƫn was said to write speeches for Wilders as well.
