Pretty sure the child prostitution thing meant the child wouldn't face legal penalties
[–] MetalAegis 0 points 6 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago (edited ago)
It also means the victims couldn't be questioned or interrogated, thus eliminating a source of leads for tracking down pimps.
[–] clamhurt_legbeard 1 point 4 points 5 points (+5|-1) ago
Yeah, it entices pimps to force underage girls into prostitution, then dump them when they turn 18 (and the cops start arresting them). An 18 year old woman who had been a child prostitute for 4 years is only MORE fucked up when she can get arrested.
Better to decriminalize prostitution itself. This half-measure bullshit is just going to make more child prostitutes.

The child prostitution thing is not the horror you think it is. It is actually a good idea. The intention is to protect children from the legal consequences of being trafficed/groomed and pimped, not the pimps. The pimps still get fucked by angry black/hispanic dudes in prison, the children don't.

Oh god its true. Another source from the other side: http://lgbtweekly.com/2017/02/06/assemblymember-gloria-sen-wiener-seek-to-modernize-hiv-criminalization-laws-and-help-end-stigma/
"Black and Latino people were disproportionately represented at 67 percent of the cases, although they account for about just half, at 51 percent, of people living with HIV or AIDS in the state, found the report. In California, an estimated 138,879 people were living with HIV and AIDS in 2014." -I love it when they give redpill stats without realizing it.

Bravo California, good way to get a bunch of HIV sufferers murdered, and up the rate of HIV related murder suicides....
Brilliant. Probably not a better way to make degeneracy clean itself up.

Because they know gays are starting to revive the pre-AIDS anonymous fucking culture. To them, a reasonably effective if lifelong treatment is enough to absolve any social responsibility in light of a new dawn of sexual promiscuity. Who cares about a cure!?
Oh, and they want the "right" to donate blood too.
Again, I'd suggest this is left-over momentum from the severed Hillary timeline. It will serve to Red Pill the mainstream population further that something fucked up is going on in liberal and "progressive" enclaves.

I thought this looked a bit dodgy so I looked it up. According to the San Francisco Chronicle it says,
"Under current law, if a person who knows they are infected with HIV has unprotected sex without telling their partner they have the virus, they can be convicted of a felony and face years of jail time. Intentional transmission of any other communicable disease, even a potentially deadly condition like hepatitis, is a misdemeanor."
So, they want to change it from a felony to a misdemeanor. Don't know if I agree with this but it makes more sense.
[–] clamhurt_legbeard 0 points 14 points 14 points (+14|-0) ago
And I also believe I should be allowed to serve people poisoned food and only face misdemeanor charges!
[–] Kim_Jong_Ungh 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
At least they won't get raped in jail.
[–] TotallyNotAFed ago
They should be furthwr criminalizing the spread of diseases, not decriminalizing one to make it match the reat.
[–] HeavyBrain ago
How about we declare all shit that you trasmit for life and that can kill you a felony? Why always pander to the lowest dominator.
But yes it does make more sense I am shocked that Cali fuckers can think ahead two steps.
[–] vastrightwing 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago
Of course. Consider the perps who spread aids. These "people" are protected and you can destroy civilization by giving these perps a pass on their criminal behavior.

Hahahahaha... Well fuck this state. I'm glad I don't have sex and that I'm getting married. Fuck San Francisco, that foul smelling, overpriced, bum infested cesspool.
[–] Elcycs 0 points 16 points 16 points (+16|-0) ago
I see what you did there.
[–] SunflowerSutra 0 points 5 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago
Hehehe. I have no idea what you may mean by that.
[–] NamelessCrewmember 1 point 4 points 5 points (+5|-1) ago
I'm concerned about the no sex and getting married bit. What's up with that? Pretty sure you're doing it wrong.
[–] SunflowerSutra 0 points 17 points 17 points (+17|-0) ago (edited ago)
I like keeping a low count and saving myself for someone I think will be my husband. I goofed once and did the whole highschool sweethearts dated 6 years thing, had sex before marriage and felt bad after we broke up. I don't want that with this guy; he shares this and want us to be man and wife before we do the deed. Sounds prudish, but I think it's actually really sentimental. Sorry about the tangent, I got winded just typing it.
