I think public nudity should be allowed for about the 2% of people I want to see naked. Everyone else keep your damn clothes on and stay covered up.

"Out-of-shape people would tend to exercise more and shape up due to peer pressure." man what? Why would their be peer pressure? "Oh no, we can see this meat sacks flabs of fat!"
The distaste of how people look without fabric over their skin is one that has been acquired over the years. Sure, most people think it's silly- but I personally don't care if I'm made to do so legally. Of course it's immoral, nobody is disagreeing with that- but it's something I can personally live with. As for my brothers and sisters that wish to be skyclad, we're making progress with reversing this cultural atrocity.
If it was legal, yeah, I'd go buck in public. Or I would if it was the norm- you'd feel pretty silly being the only one with clothes on, it's the same reason some people think being the only naked one is silly.

While I'm in complete support of public nudity, I think the idea of BANNING clothing is ridiculous. You'll never get people onboard with that. It'd be hard enough to get them to allow some people to go nude.
And, maybe you'd be embarrassed, but that's no reason to dictate the behavior of others. I for one would have no problem strutting proudly among the clothed while myself nude.

I don't really give a damn about people being naked, unless they are sexy people (the fat monsters are just as ugly with their tents on), in which case I approve. I wouldn't always want to go naked though. Not because of modesty, but because even indoors, clothes can have a purpose. For one, heat costs money and we actually get winters in my country. For another, we also get summers and mostly I'd rather have my clothes absorb the sweat, than my couch - they are just easier to wash. Also leather chairs - a layer of clothing helps my skin breathe better when sitting in those.

As far as I am concerned people can go buck naked if they want. That being said,I would hope not to see old people of fat people naked.

I personally think that society would be a lot better off if nudity were more of a norm. You don't have to force everyone to be nude to apply peer pressure. Think of that fat kid that wouldn't take his tee-shirt off in the pool. Noone was forcing him to be shirtless, but it sure draws more attention with the tee on than off.
If nudity were less taboo, I have a feeling that a lot of deviant behaviors would just sort of disappear.
Exposing yourself to minors? Who cares, minors see 100s of naked people a day.
Body image issues? It's easy to put makeup on your face when it's the only thing showing and to wear artificially slimming clothes. It's a lot harder to cover every flaw on your body while naked. You'd quickly realize everyone has flaws, hopefully leading to greater acceptance of your own.
Harassment from wearing clothing that is too revealing? Well, there are 20 naked people on this street right now so....
