Yes a friend, a nurse, recommended vitamin c for me to prevent colds (even though this itself is questionable). But vitamin c is an addictive in many things because it also acts as a preservative. Plus I drink juice and eat fruit. I get more than my daily requirement of vitamin c.
I eat cookies and milk for breakfast, so take one multivitamin a week to balance out any possible deficiency I may have (cookies are full of nutrients, right?)
