Fear... I'd get rid of it.

I think that's a dumb idea. Fear developed for a reason. Without fear we'd be dying left and right over the stupidest matters.

It is also the spark that lights the fire of hate. You are correct but only in the sense of a lack of fear coupled with a lack of understanding and intellect. It has shown time and time again throughout history that fear of a race, skin color, idea, philosophy, etc. has caused a lot of hate which then cause a lot of pain and suffering for the innocent. I understand fear is a tool for survival, but survival from what? And so what if we don't survive, why is there a fear of death? Or is it simply a fear of the unknown? Who's still afraid of the boogie man?

I know this is very 2edgy4me type shit, and I normally hate the people that say it; But, religion. Let's all just be equals, let's all just realize our time is short here, let's all just realize there is no afterlife, and let's all just embrace the fact that we are a cosmic accident and we should simply enjoy our time here and work together to explore our planet, solar system, and galaxy.

I know the neck beard atheists like to hate on my perspective but I see the problem stemming from people, not religion. People use religion to give themselves political power, they use religion as an excuse to start wars and gain riches, land and wenches. In literally every case in history it's the corrupt leaders or corrupt collective that will do something in the name of a "God" or a book or whatever. In today's society it's a means for people to be united but also a means for people to exercise their natural xenophobia. With religion gone humanity would just find another reason. If we could remove the xenophobia and the corrupt use of religion then i think we would actually get somewhere.

Well said. Imagine if people appreciated everything in life for what it was rather than attributing it to magic.

I've been wondering this... If everyone's voice really mattered in politics, especially at the local level, would people get much more invested in defending their opinions and views? Would this cause rifts in the community? If a 60% majority passes a law, 40% aren't happy with it. And rather than be upset at "congress" or "the government", they could be upset at their neighbor directly. Basically what I'm trying to say is, what if people actually like having the responsibility of government taken out of their hands? Even if it means that government doesn't really serve them.

People would be incapable of using something that puts them in a little group and then demand that, their little group deserved more or better then anyone else cause they are this one specific group. No more politics of identity. No more "Shouldn't there be a 1/2 Eskimo in the white house by 2016?"

I would give humans wings.

War, corruption, environmental damage, hate, that stuff is insignificant. The real great flaw of the human race is that we don't have wings.

I'd change the metric system to hexadecimal. I'm an anarchist.
