The road may belong to the church or the owner of the fields. Go your Apartment office and complain. Demand assigned parking for at least 1 car per apartment, or require stickers on cars so non-residents can't park there.

Quick, pay an illegal immigrant to do it... while they're still here.

Technically, it might be illegal, but I doubt you would get in trouble for it.

Depends on your locality, but in general you can go to city council or talk to a council member to start. Sometimes you have to get a petition started, and get so many people from the area to sign it for them to care, or even for a motion to be recognized.

Probably need to contact the local government if it's public property. If it's private property (owned by a person or organization other than the government) than there's not really much you can do other than talk to the property owner. They might be willing to let you park there for a small amount of money.

You can investigate to see who authorized those signs under what ordinance. And see who made the decision.

that would be a first step.

It might be that the signs were put up by the apartment complex management because "appearances"

It might be that the signs are actually illegal.

Lots of work, worth investigating.

Thanks, it hadn't occurred to me they might be placed illegally. It's a definite possibility though.

yes, they might not be city signs at all, and I am sure there are regulations governing the placement of such signs.

check your local bylaws.

Go to a city council meeting and bring it up.

If you want to go extreme you can always sue your township.
