Why is Bulleit better than other bourbons in its price range, and why are you going to buy me a bottle tomorrow?

LOL

bullet its fantastic bourbon, it is better than both Jim beam and Jack Daniels but competitively priced. as far as flavor profiles go, we all know jim, we all know jack. but bullet has managed to drill its was as a "spicy" alternative to the norm...with out being attention seeking.....think Dr. Pepper to coke or pepsi.

in the other hand, brands like knob creek, woodford, wild turkey (very good) etc....they make it a point to give the message of "were fancy" bullet doesnt do that.....and its better. they take the approach of the two biggest distilleries in the world...just gliding along the wind drag.

makers mark sux. dont drink it. overrated TURD JUICE.

now, bulliet is divided into 3 parts.

  1. rye...fantasic rye...along the realm of a superior rye like russels reserve or wild turkey rye (bad rap, very good)

  2. bourbon better tham both jim and jack.....why? because you have been drinking coke or pepsi your whole life and never deviated from the path...boom.

  3. 10 yr. meh...its good...but it doesnt really break any molds.

k

wait i forgot, pm me your address i will get a bottle shipped to you soon.

I can second that Bulleit is amazing. I am really more of a scotch guy but I decided to get a bottle of Bulleit recently as the price was right. I had only tried the generic shit earlier (Various different Jacks, Jim Beam) and I have to say that I amazed by the difference. Not only does it have a very unique and full flavour but it is also priced very well, with minimal marketing which is something that I like a lot.

Then again I suppose that makes sense. There are plenty of cheaper brands of Scotch that go more or less unnoticed but which are better than the flashy and expensive ones.

I've not tried the 10 year, but 1 and 2 I definitely agree with. My other current (slightly pricier) goto is Four Roses small batch or single barrel.

Also, if you've not tried 'em yet, grab yourself a sampler or 5 from https://www.arteatables.com/ They're kinda pricey, but goddamn they do a fine bourbon chocolate. The fair rose dark is my current favourite.
