Creating a safer environment for people to freely express themselves
People dont need a safe environment on the internet to be able to freely express themselves. The internet is already a safe place because you can't get shot on the internet.

I don't know how to feel about this. Is it better that they now actually admit to limiting accounts than doing it on the sly? It is bad either way, but at least they are finally being honest. On the other hand, it is a bad sign they now feel they don't even need to hide their own bad behavior.
