But you're saying that religion should be private, but the religion of the JW's and of the religion of the Mormons cannot just ignore their basic tenets about the Gospel. All Christianity in all it's forms, it's about spreading the Gospel far and wide, you see? If you have to say that I'm too ignorant or I'm being disingenuous, whatever, but the atheist from time to time wants atheism to spread far and wide in ways just like religion. The attitude of "keep it to yourself" can be a two-way street there. God has much right to the public commons as anyone else.

Oh I completely understand. That doesn't mean I have to agree with the method that they choose to do it. I view their actions no different than telemarketers. There are a number of different ways to spread your message without doing things that bug people.
I don't disagree with any of that, but I will reiterate it's how you do it that matters. We do, after all, live in a modern society. There are certain social norms that people would be well advised to respect if they wish to gain anything towards their goals. Constantly bucking those norms will eventually turn people away from your cause, not get them on board.
