So... what would qualify as seizure? By that logic you could grab anyone's emails for any reason.

I hope we get more rulings like this tbh. The more tech companies realize hosting information or operating in the U.S. is high risk, the more diversification we can have. It's incredibly dangerous that the U.S. government can coerce many of the most important tech companies in the world so easily. For example, if Google was a Russian or Chinese corporation they could pull out of the U.S. market and tell these people to get fucked. Then consumer backlash over loss of things like Google Maps, Android phones, etc. would finally put some much needed attention on 4th Amendment rights.
