Actually, if you cut CA in half along the line which forms the northern border of San Luis Obispo, Kern, and San Bernardino counties, it divides the state nearly perfectly. The populations come out roughly even. The northern half would lean right and the southern half would lean left. It'd be a perfect divide.
Oh, and then stop send water from Northern California to the southern half, and everything would be perfect.
I've been to San Diego, and when someone like my sister can survive there, where she is literal Left-Wing brainwashed, I am having a hard time believing that statement.
