Urban black culture and suburban and country black cultural are very different. Most of the gang violence and poverty is in the cities. Get outside of there and there's little difference between a black neighborhood and a white one. Even within urban black culture, there are still people who want their dignity: have a good job, a family, and being respected in the community.

If Trump can tangibly improve their lives over the next 4 years and make sure they know he's doing it, they will vote for him. They will be "Trump Democrats". I think it'd be relatively easy to do with the suburban and country black community, but difficult with the urban community. The urban community has been decimated with over 40 years of social manipulation through Democrat policies. Even so, if he can get 20% to vote for him, that'd be pretty damn good!

The only way inner cities have been improved is urban renewal. That is move all the blacks out, tear down the old buildings and houses and rebuild.
