I was going to say no, because the melanin is what gives you your skin color, but google has this to say about hair color:
Two types of pigment give hair its color: eumelanin and pheomelanin. Pheomelanin colors hair orange and yellow. All humans have some pheomelanin in their hair. Eumelanin, which has two subtypes of black or brown, determines the darkness of the hair color
So maybe it could affect it, but you also would tan in the sun naturally so maybe it cancels out...

Probably not. This guy got severe chemical burns from basically doing the same thing while squeezing a ton of limes outside.
