Go to an eye doctor before you lose your site in that eye. Talking from experience here. Do it now or tomorrow first thing. It could have worked it's way into your eye at this point and it will dig further every day until you go blind from it going so far in it starts to do damage inside.

I'm not kidding I had it happen to me with s tiny piece of metal the doctor had to dremel it out.

What other people have said: you don't have anything in your eye, anymore. It's just irritation from rubbing it so much. Honestly, it will go away if you just have self-control and don't rub it for a while. You can also get saline eye drops from the store, if you think it would help.

I strongly suggest going to an eye doctor.

Make an appointment with an ophthalmologist, NOT and optometrist. Optometrists are mostly about correcting near or far sightedness.

If you have a scratched cornea it can get ulcerated. Go to an eye Dr. They can lead to blindness.

Sounds like you may be getting pink eye.

Scratched cornea is most likely what you are dealing with. Stop rubbing and scratching. Get some vizene or something. Artificial tears to keep buildup from forming.

More than likely you don't have something in your eye. You probably had something in there at one point that scratched your cornea or the inside of your eyelid. It will feel like something is in there but there isn't.
